Medtronic: Experiencing a general slowdown in new initiatives?

Hey everyone, been at Medtronic for a few years now, and things feel noticeably slower on the new project front. Usually, we have a pretty steady stream of new work or expansions, but lately, it feels like everything is on hold or moving at a glacial pace. Management is tight-lipped, just saying 'prioritizing existing commitments' and 'evaluating strategic alignment.' It's creating a lot of uncertainty and it's hard to stay motivated when you don't see much new coming down the pipeline. Anyone else in a similar boat? Is this department-specific or a broader company trend? Feels like a lot of shuffling around without a clear direction for new growth.
