Medtronic: Hiring freeze or just slow hiring?

Has anyone applied for a role at Medtronic recently and noticed the process dragging on unusually long? I applied for a position a couple of months ago and had a couple of interviews. They seemed positive, but then it just went silent. Checked the status online and it hasn't budged. I reached out to the recruiter and got a vague 'still under review' response. It's making me wonder if they've quietly put a hiring freeze in place or are just being extremely selective right now. Not sure if I should keep following up or consider it a lost cause. Anyone else having a similar experience with their recruiting pipeline?

I've been keeping an eye on Medtronic postings myself, and it does seem like things are moving slower than usual. I applied for a role about six weeks ago, went through an initial screening, and then... nothing. No updates, no follow-up, just radio silence. It's frustrating when you invest time in applications and interviews and then get left hanging. I'm starting to think there might be some internal restructuring or budget reviews happening that are impacting their hiring timeline. It's a bummer, especially when you're eager to get started with a company like Medtronic.
