Medtronic: My manager is suddenly super cagey about future projects.

It's weird. Usually, my manager is pretty open about what's coming down the pipeline, even if it's just high-level. Lately, though, whenever I ask about Q3/Q4 plans or potential new projects, I get vague answers or 'we'll discuss that later.' It's not like they're outright saying 'no,' but the evasiveness is palpable. It feels like they're holding information close to the chest. Are others experiencing this? Is it just a normal cycle, or does it feel like something's brewing? Makes it hard to plan and stay motivated when the future seems so uncertain.

This sounds familiar. We've had a bit of a shift in communication lately too, where strategic roadmaps feel less accessible than they used to. It's definitely created a ripple effect of uncertainty down the team. I'm trying to focus on executing what's in front of me, but it's hard not to speculate when the usual transparency disappears. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and we'll get some clarity soon.
