Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift in the air too, especially in the last quarter. Conversations seem more guarded, and there's a definite 'wait and see' attitude. My team lead has been a bit vague when asked about future projects, just saying 'we're adapting to the market.' It's unsettling not having clear direction when we're usually so focused on our roadmap. Hopefully, it's just a normal cycle of adjustment and not something more significant.

My manager also seems to be deflecting direct questions about long-term plans. Lots of talk about 'efficiency improvements' and 'streamlining processes.' While efficiency is always good, the emphasis feels different this time, more urgent. I'm in a similar boat to you regarding the uncertainty. It's tough to stay motivated when the ground feels a bit shaky beneath us. Let's hope for some clarity soon.
