Just saw the WARN notice go live for the Woodinville facility. Another 103 people officially on the chopping block as of today. It feels like the restructuring never actually ends here. I’ve been tracking the internal emails and the 'strategic alignment' rhetoric, but it’s always the same story—good people losing their livelihoods while the stock price barely budges. If you’re at that site, I hope you have your severance packages squared away and your LinkedIn updated. Does anyone have word on if they’re offering any internal transfer priority or is this a clean break for everyone involved? This company used to feel stable, but lately, it’s just quarterly headcount management disguised as innovation. Stay safe out there.

I was there for the last round of layoffs and it doesn't get any easier. The leadership keeps pushing that 'strategic alignment' nonsense while burning through talent. It feels like they have no real vision anymore, just a quarterly obsession with trimming headcount to make the spreadsheets look slightly better for investors. Honestly, if you are still there, start looking elsewhere immediately because this cycle of cuts clearly isn't stopping anytime soon. Good luck to everyone getting hit today; take your time and don't let them rush your transition out the door.

That site closure is a massive blow, and I’m sorry to hear so many good people are caught up in this mess. It’s infuriating watching the company strip away the human element of this business in favor of short-term gains that never seem to actually satisfy Wall Street. They talk about innovation and growth, but all we see is the constant fear of the next RIF. Make sure you get every penny of your severance and don't feel obligated to give them an ounce of extra effort on your way out the door.
