Quiet on the 'merger integration' front - what gives?

I'm getting a bit antsy here at Merck. We had all that talk about the recent acquisition and how it was going to streamline operations and create synergies. For a while, there was a lot of activity and restructuring announcements. But lately, it's gone eerily quiet. The integration seems to have hit a wall, or at least, communication about its progress has. We're not hearing about new roles being created or any significant changes to existing structures, but we also aren't hearing anything about where we stand long-term. It feels like a lot of uncertainty is being managed poorly. Is anyone else in a department heavily impacted by this integration feeling the same way? Are there any internal updates being shared that I'm missing? The lack of clear communication is starting to fuel some serious anxiety. Feels like we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
