Thoughts on recent leadership changes and their impact?

Seeing a lot of shuffling in senior leadership positions across different therapeutic areas. New VPs, new heads of departments. While change can be good, it feels a bit chaotic right now. It's making it hard to get a clear direction on long-term projects. My team's been hesitant to make big decisions because we're not sure if the new leadership will have different priorities. Is anyone else feeling this uncertainty? Are these changes strategic, or are they a sign of underlying issues within the company? Just trying to understand the bigger picture and how it might affect us on the ground. My direct manager is as in the dark as we are, which isn't exactly confidence-inspiring.

I'm feeling the same uncertainty. It seems like there's a lot of reorganizing happening, and it's definitely creating a bit of a fog around where things are headed. We're trying to push forward on some key initiatives, but it's tough when you're not sure if the people making the final calls will stick around or have a completely different vision. Hoping for some clarity soon.

I understand the feeling of chaos, but I'm trying to view these changes with a bit more optimism. Sometimes, a shake-up is necessary to inject new energy and perspectives. While it might be a bit bumpy in the short term, hopefully, these moves are paving the way for a stronger, more focused future for the company. Time will tell, I suppose.
