Anyone at MetLife hearing anything concrete about potential reorganizations or, heaven forbid, role eliminations? My team's been pretty stable, but the general market sentiment is definitely making me look over my shoulder. I've been hearing similar whispers, though nothing official has come down from HR or my direct management. It seems like the broader economic climate is putting pressure on everyone, and insurance is definitely not immune. My impression is that if anything is happening, it's likely targeted and not a massive, company-wide purge. Focus on your current projects and delivering strong results – that's always your best defense, regardless of what might be brewing behind the scenes. Keep your ears open, but try not to let the anxiety consume you.
