MetLife - Anyone else feeling the jitters?

Hey everyone, I've been at MetLife for a few years now and lately, there's been a weird vibe in the air. Management is being cagey about future plans, and I've heard whispers about restructuring. Nothing concrete, but it's enough to make me start looking around. I'm curious if anyone else is picking up on this or if it's just me overthinking things. Been seeing a lot of roles posted externally from MetLife lately, which could mean nothing, or it could mean something. Anyone have any intel or thoughts on what might be going on behind the scenes? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just in a department that's feeling the pressure more. Any insights would be appreciated.

I'm not at MetLife myself, but I've seen similar patterns at other large companies before major shifts. When leadership gets quiet and external postings ramp up, it often signals a period of change. It's smart to be proactive and keep your resume updated, even if nothing concrete comes of it. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Hopefully, it's just standard business adjustments, but caution is wise.
