Just wanted to start a thread about some of the recent internal reorganizations happening across different departments at MetLife. It feels like there's a lot of shifting happening, and while I understand companies evolve, the lack of clear communication is a bit concerning. Some teams are merging, some roles are being redefined, and frankly, it's creating a lot of uncertainty for people. Has anyone been directly impacted by these changes? Are you seeing new opportunities arise from them, or is it more about consolidation? Trying to get a broader sense of how these internal moves are playing out across the company. I've definitely felt the ripple effects of these reorganizations. It's tough when you're unsure about your role or the team's direction. The communication piece is a big one; more transparency would go a long way in easing anxieties. Hopefully, as things settle, we'll start seeing the benefits of these structural shifts, but right now, it's a period of adjustment for sure. Anyone else in a similar boat?

From my perspective, some of these changes, while disruptive initially, are opening up interesting new avenues. It forces us to adapt and perhaps learn skills we wouldn't have otherwise. The uncertainty is real, no doubt, but I'm trying to focus on the potential upsides and how I can position myself for whatever comes next. Has anyone found a particularly positive outcome from these shifts?
