Layoff Rumors at MGM?

Been hearing some chatter around the property I work at regarding potential cutbacks at MGM. It's mostly word-of-mouth, nothing official from HR or management yet, which is why I'm posting here. Has anyone else in the company heard anything similar? Are there specific departments that are supposedly being targeted? I'm in operations, and we've been told we're 'lean' for a while, but you never know. It's tough to navigate this without any clear information. Trying to prepare myself mentally and financially, but it's hard to do without knowing if there's even a fire or just a lot of smoke. Any reliable intel or experiences being shared would be helpful.
