MGM Resorts - Anyone else feeling uneasy about job security?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this or if others are feeling the vibes. Been with MGM for a few years now, mostly good, but lately, there's been this low hum of anxiety. Lots of 'optimization' talk in meetings, and a few key projects seem to have slowed to a crawl. Nothing concrete has been announced, which is almost worse, right? The uncertainty is driving me nuts. Has anyone heard any whispers or seen anything that suggests layoffs might be on the horizon? Or is this just the usual corporate speak and I'm overthinking it? Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when you don't know what's coming. Just want to gauge the temperature out there. Any insights from other departments or properties would be appreciated.
