Hey everyone, I've been with MGM for a few years now and lately, things feel… off. I've noticed our department isn't posting new roles like they used to, and some internal requisitions have been stalled for weeks. My manager is being pretty tight-lipped, just saying 'budget reviews' and 'strategic alignment.' Anyone else in other departments seeing a similar slowdown? It's making me a little uneasy, especially with how the economy has been. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a department that's hit harder.
