MGM Resorts - Feeling the squeeze, is it just me?

Lately, I've been feeling the pressure at MGM. My team's workload has increased significantly, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations.' It's making me nervous. We've been told everything is fine, but the constant buzzwords and the lack of clear communication about future plans are unsettling. I've seen some senior roles being consolidated and a freeze on non-essential hiring. It's making me wonder if cuts are on the horizon, even if nothing's been officially announced. Has anyone else experienced this? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or specific to my division. Any word on the street would be helpful.
