Hey everyone, Been seeing some chatter online, especially on HN, about potential job cuts at Microchip. Stuff about automotive demand slowing down and mentions of significant layoffs. Obviously, nothing official from HR or management, but the sheer volume of these articles is making me nervous. I've been here for a few years and it's always been pretty stable, but the semiconductor industry is notoriously cyclical. Feels like a bit of a gut punch to see these headlines, especially when you're settled in. Has anyone heard anything more concrete internally? Or are we all just going off the public news cycle?
