Been at MCHP for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels different. Usually, things are pretty stable, but there's been a noticeable dip in morale across the board. People are quieter, less collaboration, and a general sense of unease. Could be tied to the broader economic outlook, but some of the recent online buzz about potential layoffs, even if unconfirmed, isn't helping. My manager's been cagey when asked about future projects and headcount. It's creating a lot of anxiety. Just wondering if this is an isolated feeling or if others are picking up on the same trend. Hard to stay motivated when you feel like your job might be on the line, even without official word.
