Tempe office hit hard today - anybody else?

Just got the email notification this morning. It’s been a rough day in the Tempe office. I know the WARN notice hit today for the 29th, but I’m still trying to process the scale of this. Does anyone have a pulse on how many people are actually being impacted across the different departments? My manager was extremely vague when I asked if this was the last round, and frankly, I don't think they even know. I’ve been here for over six years and I’ve never seen morale this low. The uncertainty is worse than the actual layoff. If you were affected, are you getting any decent severance info, or is it the bare minimum? Just trying to figure out if I should start applying elsewhere immediately or if there’s a sliver of stability left here. Stay strong everyone.

I am so sorry to hear you're going through this. Six years is a long time to put into a company only to be met with such cold uncertainty. From what I’ve heard circulating, the cuts seem to be hitting the engineering and support teams quite heavily, but management is keeping a tight lid on the final numbers to prevent a mass exodus before the 29th. Don't waste energy waiting for clear answers from leadership right now; they are clearly in damage control mode. Please take care of yourself and prioritize updating your resume while you still have access to internal resources.

It is honestly surreal seeing the Tempe campus like this. I was on a call earlier where half the team was just silent, and the fear is palpable. The company line about 'restructuring' is absolute corporate fluff, and the fact that they aren't giving us a straight answer about further rounds is the most insulting part. I’ve been looking into the regional job market all afternoon, and honestly, it might be time to jump ship regardless of whether this is the final round. This environment has become incredibly toxic, and I don't see the culture recovering from this anytime soon.
