I totally get where you're coming from. It's rough. Honestly, the best thing you can do is be there for your former colleagues if they reach out. Share job postings you see, offer to review their resumes, or just listen if they need to vent. Don't underestimate the power of a LinkedIn recommendation either. Keeping busy with your work can be a good distraction too, but don't feel guilty for taking some time to process.
Honestly, "survivor's guilt" is a luxury. Companies are not families. If you want to help, give money to a food bank or homeless shelter. The reality is those let go were compensated (hopefully adequately) for their time. Focus on your work and be ready to pick up the slack. The best way to honor those who left is to ensure the company continues to succeed.
