Reading some of the comments about 37-year veterans getting cut, and it just solidifies what I've been feeling. I've been with Microsoft for over a decade, always going above and beyond, hitting all my targets. Now, with these recent layoffs, especially the ones tied to the 'reset' in gaming, it feels like all that history and dedication is completely disposable. They talk about restructuring and optimizing, but what it really boils down to is that they don't value people who've invested their careers here. It's all about the next quarter and the latest buzzword. Makes you wonder what the point of putting in that extra effort even is. Just feels like a cold, transactional environment now. Anyone else feeling this disconnect between company messaging and the reality on the ground?
