I feel your pain. Been there, done that at MS. 'Do more with less' is code for 'we don't value you.' Start documenting EVERYTHING - extra hours, unrealistic deadlines, everything. It'll help you negotiate a better severance package when you inevitably leave, or at least give you ammo for a less stressful role internally. Don't let them grind you down. Take your PTO, even if it feels like things will fall apart without you. They won't.
Honestly, this sounds like pretty much every large company. While your burnout is valid and understandable, perhaps reassess your expectations. Are you setting appropriate boundaries? Are you volunteering for extra work? Are you communicating your capacity effectively? Sometimes it's not always management that's the problem, but our own inability to say 'no' or prioritize effectively. Consider speaking with a career coach or mentor to develop better strategies for navigating your workload before jumping ship in this tough market.
