Anyone else in Richmond getting the calendar invite today?

I’m seeing a lot of chatter about the Richmond office cuts and the 268 number floating around, but I’m hearing from people on my team that they are still getting pulled into surprise 1-on-1s. Is it really just limited to the Richmond site, or is this rolling out to remote staff as well? I’ve been with Molina for four years and the atmosphere is absolutely toxic right now. My manager is acting like everything is business as usual, but we all know the drill. If you’re remote and got an invite today, please post here. I’m just trying to figure out if my severance package is being drafted right now or if I’m safe for another month. The lack of transparency from leadership is honestly insulting. We’re just numbers on a spreadsheet to them.

I'm remote and haven't received an invite yet, but the silence from leadership is deafening. Honestly, after four years, you deserve better than this vague, looming uncertainty. Everyone in our group chat is refreshing their inbox every five minutes, and the anxiety is palpable. If the cuts are truly hitting remote staff, they aren't communicating it properly, which just makes the lack of transparency feel even more disrespectful. Stay strong, and definitely start refreshing your resume just in case.

It is honestly pathetic how they handle these layoffs. Management keeps preaching about 'business as usual' while everyone knows the ship is sinking. If you got an invite, assume the worst and start scrubbing your personal files off your work machine immediately. They don't care about your tenure or your contributions; they only care about the headcount numbers. Don't waste your energy waiting for an honest conversation from your manager—they probably don't even know what's happening themselves. Good luck to everyone caught in this mess.
