Molina Healthcare - Anyone else feeling the chill?

Hey everyone, been at Molina for a few years now and things have been pretty stable, but lately, there's been this undercurrent of uncertainty. Seeing a lot of 'restructuring' buzzwords in internal comms and some teams seem to be shrinking. It's not outright layoffs that I've seen or heard of directly, but definitely a tightening. Projects are getting re-prioritized, some initiatives seem to be on hold, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' among colleagues. Is anyone else picking up on this? Trying to get a sense if this is just our department or a company-wide thing. Not trying to spread panic, just genuinely curious if others are experiencing similar vibes. Any insights or observations would be appreciated. Hoping it's just a normal business cycle, but feels a bit different this time around.

I'm definitely feeling it too. Been with Molina for a while and the recent shifts are noticeable. It's more than just standard business fluctuations; the language used in updates feels different, more cautious. It's hard not to feel a bit unsettled when you see priorities changing so rapidly and hear whispers about reorganizations. Trying to stay focused on my work, but the atmosphere is definitely tense.

Yeah, I've been getting that vibe as well. It feels like the company is making some strategic pivots, and while change is inevitable, the current pace and lack of clear communication are making things a bit anxious for a lot of us. Just hoping for more transparency soon so we can understand the direction things are heading and plan accordingly. It's tough when there's so much ambiguity.
