Okay, maybe it's just me, but I've been feeling a lot more pressure lately at Molina. My team is swamped, and we're being asked to do more with less, which feels like the standard these days but it's hitting harder now. There's talk about efficiency drives and 'optimizing resources' – you know, the usual corporate speak. But it's making people nervous. I've heard some chatter in the breakroom about roles being 'evaluated' and 'streamlined.' It's all very vague, and management isn't exactly forthcoming with details. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this increased workload and hearing similar whispers. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to worry when the general mood feels so uncertain. Anyone have any insights or similar experiences?

I hear you. The atmosphere definitely feels tense lately. It's tough when you're working hard and then you start seeing these behind-the-scenes shifts. Yeah, that vibe is definitely palpable. It feels like there's a constant undercurrent of 'what if' right now. When management uses those buzzwords, it's hard not to translate that into job security concerns. It's frustrating when you're trying to do your job well and focus on patient care, but you're constantly distracted by rumors and vague pronouncements about restructuring. Just wish there was more transparency from leadership on what these changes actually mean for us.
