Molina Healthcare - Anyone else feeling the tension?

Hey everyone. Been with Molina for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... off. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but there's definitely a palpable tension in the air. Meetings are getting shorter, more people seem to be 'working from home' permanently even when they're in the office, and there's this undercurrent of uncertainty. Management is being super cagey about future plans, which is unusual. I've seen this kind of thing before at other companies right before a wave of cuts. Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on this, or if I'm just being overly paranoid. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed a shift in the general mood and workload distribution? Curious to hear other perspectives from folks on the ground.
