Molina Healthcare - Anyone else notice the hiring freeze?

Has anyone else noticed that it's been really hard to get new roles approved or even filled at Molina lately? My team's been trying to backfill a critical position for months, and it feels like every request just gets stuck in limbo. No official announcement, but it definitely feels like a soft hiring freeze is in effect. This comes right after the "efficiency" talk from leadership. It makes me wonder if they're trying to cut costs quietly before any major announcements. Not trying to spread fear, but the lack of transparency is what gets me. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard anything concrete about hiring on their end? It's making planning and workload management really tough.
