Been seeing some weirdness around the office lately. Meetings getting pushed, some projects suddenly put on indefinite hold, and a general hush-hush vibe. It's not like there's been any official announcement, but the atmosphere feels… tight. Like they're trying to conserve resources or something. Anyone else noticing similar things at Molina? Wondering if it's just my department or a wider thing. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy with the way things are trending. Been here a few years and this feels different. Anyone have any insights or heard any whispers?

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift too. Conversations seem shorter, and there's a noticeable effort to minimize expenses, even on small things that used to be no big deal. It's created a bit of an anxious energy, for sure. I'm hoping it's just a temporary adjustment period and not a sign of more significant issues down the line. Just trying to stay focused on my work and not get too caught up in the speculation. We'll see how things shake out.
