Hey everyone, been working at Molina for a few years now and lately, the vibe has been...off. Not hearing anything concrete, but there's definitely a buzz in the air. Lots of hushed conversations, people being a bit more cagey about projects, and a general sense of 'what's next?' I've seen some teams go through reorganizations before, but this feels different. More strategic, maybe? Or just a general belt-tightening? Anyone else picking up on this? I'm in [Department, e.g., IT/Operations/Clinical] and we've had some 'efficiency reviews' lately that felt a bit more than just standard process improvement. Curious to hear if anyone has any intel, even if it's just anecdotal. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me.

Yeah, I'm in Operations and have definitely felt that same unease. It's more than just the usual end-of-year shuffling. There's a palpable shift in how priorities are being communicated, or rather, not communicated. People are hesitant to commit to long-term plans, and there's a lot of speculation about which departments might see significant changes. It's creating a fair amount of anxiety, and frankly, it's hard to stay motivated when the future feels so uncertain.
