Molina Healthcare - Unsettling quiet across departments?

Hey everyone, been at Molina for a couple of years now, mostly in [mention a general department like 'operations' or 'IT']. Lately, it feels like there's a weird quietness settling in. Not necessarily a 'bad' quiet, but more like a holding-your-breath kind of quiet. Projects seem to be slowing down, fewer new initiatives are being announced, and there's a general lack of urgency that wasn't there before. People are still working, of course, but the buzz seems to have faded. Has anyone else in different parts of the company noticed this shift? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if it's just my corner of the organization. Wondering what might be brewing, if anything. Trying not to jump to conclusions but the vibe is definitely... different.

I've noticed something similar, though maybe not in the exact same way. It's hard to describe, but there's definitely a shift in the atmosphere. It feels less like things are actively slowing and more like a pause, or maybe a strategic redirection that hasn't been clearly communicated yet. It's a bit unsettling when you're used to a certain pace and suddenly it changes without a clear explanation. Makes you wonder what's on the horizon, or if we're just in a lull before something bigger happens.

That's interesting you picked up on that quietness. In my area, it's manifested more as a hesitation to commit to new, ambitious projects. There's a focus on completing existing tasks efficiently, but the drive to innovate or expand seems to have taken a backseat. It's not necessarily negative, as stability is important, but it does make you wonder about the long-term vision. Hopefully, it's just a phase and the energy picks back up soon.
