Hearing some chatter through the grapevine about potential organizational changes at Molina. It's not a full-blown layoff announcement or anything concrete, but more like rumblings of departments being reorganized or merged. Seems like they're trying to streamline operations, which is usually code for 'fewer people doing more work' or worse. Has anyone on the inside heard anything more specific? Is this just a standard business practice that's being amplified by current economic conditions, or is there something more substantial going on? I've been with Molina for a few years and have seen reorganizations come and go. They usually spin it as improving efficiency. While sometimes it does lead to better processes, it often means shifts in responsibilities and a period of uncertainty for everyone involved. It's understandable to be concerned, especially with the current economic climate, but hopefully, it's more about adapting to market changes than drastic cuts.
