Anyone else seeing subtle signs of a slowdown?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on anything weird lately at Molson Coors. No major news or anything concrete, but I've noticed a few things that are making me a bit antsy. My department's been asked to 'optimize' spending more than usual, and some projects I thought were solid are suddenly on ice or moving at a glacial pace. Meetings about 'efficiency' are popping up more frequently, and while that's not inherently bad, it feels like a prelude to something. I've also heard whispers about some restructuring discussions happening at higher levels, but nothing specific. Just trying to gauge if this is just me being paranoid or if others are feeling a similar vibe. Curious to hear if anyone has any insights or has heard anything similar, even if it's just anecdotal. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard not to worry a little when the signals aren't all green.

Interesting observations. My team hasn't seen the exact same things, but we have had some budget reviews that felt a little more intense than typical year-end pushes. It's easy to read into these things, but the 'efficiency' conversations definitely ring a bell. Hoping it's just standard business adjustments and not a sign of deeper issues. I can't say I've noticed anything drastic myself, but I appreciate you raising the point. Sometimes these smaller, internal shifts can be harbingers of larger market adjustments. I'll be keeping a closer eye on team communications and project timelines moving forward. Hopefully, it's just the usual ebb and flow of a large company managing resources effectively.
