Is anyone else feeling the pressure at Molson Coors lately?

Lately, it feels like the general vibe around the office, or even just on Teams, is a bit tense. Not sure if it's just my department or if others are feeling it too. Been hearing more talk about 'optimizing our footprint' and 'strategic realignment' in company-wide comms, which usually translates to something less pleasant down the line. Performance metrics seem to be getting tighter, and there's definitely a sense that we need to be doing more with less. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends or if it's just my imagination running wild. Trying to stay positive but it's hard not to feel a little uneasy with all the buzzwords floating around.

Yeah, Curi, I'm definitely picking up on that vibe too. Seems like every department is being pushed to hit aggressive targets, and the language from leadership is certainly a lot more focused on efficiency and restructuring than it used to be. It's creating a bit of an uneasy atmosphere, where everyone's trying to keep their head down and prove their value, which can be stressful. It makes you wonder what the long-term plan really involves and how stable things are.

I can't say I've felt a major shift in my own team, but I have heard whispers similar to what you're describing. The constant talk of 'optimizing' and 'realignment' does have a way of making people feel a little anxious about job security, even if nothing concrete is happening directly to us. It's a tough environment when there's uncertainty, and I hope management is communicating clearly about what these changes mean for everyone.
