Hey everyone, just checking in. Things have felt a bit... off lately. Not hearing any official word, which is probably a good sign, but there's definitely a shift in the air. More emphasis on efficiency, tighter budgets on some projects, and a general 'watch your spending' vibe across departments. I've been here a few years and this feels different than just the usual economic cycles. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just my area or a broader company trend. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to feel a little uneasy. Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar things, or if I'm just overthinking it. Open to any perspectives, positive or negative.

I've noticed similar things in my department. There's definitely a renewed focus on operational efficiency, and I've seen some project scopes get trimmed back a bit. It's not alarm bells ringing for me yet, more like a recalibration. Companies often tighten things up when market conditions fluctuate, and the beverage industry is certainly competitive. Let's hope it's just about optimizing performance and not a sign of bigger issues down the line. Keeping an eye on it myself.
