Hey everyone, Been at MC for a few years now, and things feel... quiet. Maybe too quiet? I've seen a few roles disappear from the internal job board over the last quarter, not huge numbers, but enough that it caught my eye. Also, hearing some chatter about 'optimizing our structure' and 'driving efficiencies' in certain departments. It's all pretty vague, but the combination of fewer openings and this kind of language makes me wonder if something bigger is brewing. Is anyone else picking up on this? Have you heard any rumors or seen any signs that aren't being openly discussed? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing unnecessary panic. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've been keeping an ear to the ground too. The shift in job postings definitely stood out. While I haven't heard any direct confirmation of a large-scale restructuring, the talk about efficiency seems to be gaining traction. Yeah, the 'optimizing' and 'efficiency' buzzwords are definitely circulating. I've noticed similar things in my area – some tasks are being consolidated, and there's a push to leverage technology more. It's hard to say if it's just standard business practice or something more significant, but the feeling of change is definitely in the air. Hopefully, it's for the better and doesn't disrupt day-to-day operations too much.
