Molson Coors - Anyone else feeling the pressure? What's the vibe?

Hey everyone, Just checking in to see if anyone else at Molson Coors is feeling a bit uneasy lately. I haven't heard any solid rumors about layoffs, but there's definitely a strange tension in the air. Budgets seem tighter, some projects have been slowed down, and there's a general sense of 'what if.' Been here a few years and it's always been pretty stable, but the last quarter or so has felt... different. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department or is it company-wide? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if others are in the same boat. Any insights on what might be going on behind the scenes would be appreciated, even if it's just speculation. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to notice the shift. Just want to be prepared if anything does happen. What are you all doing to stay ahead? Networking? Updating resumes just in case? Curious to hear how others are navigating this uncertainty.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift too. The budget tightening is real, and it feels like resources are being stretched thinner than usual. It's not just whispers; you see it in how projects are being prioritized and the general caution around new initiatives. I'm hoping it's just a temporary adjustment, but it's hard not to feel a bit on edge when things start to feel less predictable than they used to.

It's not just you. The 'vibe' has been noticeably different for a while now. There's a quiet undercurrent of uncertainty, for sure. While there's no concrete news to report, the atmosphere feels more constrained. It's understandable to feel that way when the usual rhythm changes. Hopefully, leadership will provide more clarity soon to ease some of the anxiety.
