Seeing some chatter, mostly whispers, about potential organizational changes coming down the pipeline at MCBC. Nothing concrete, no WARN notices or anything officially announced, but the grapevine is buzzing. Some folks are speculating about a broader review of certain functions or departments, maybe even some consolidation. It's making people nervous, understandably.
