Anyone else seeing weird org changes at MDLZ lately?

Hey everyone, been at Mondelez for a few years now, and things have felt...off lately. My department has had a couple of 'realignments' where people's roles shifted without much explanation. Then there are the whispers about consolidating some functions. No official announcements or anything concrete, but the general feeling is a bit uncertain. Is anyone else experiencing this? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or just my specific corner of the company. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, if anything. Just trying to stay informed.

Yeah, I've noticed some of that too. It's not just you. Seems like there's been a lot of shuffling in different divisions, and not always with clear communication about why. It definitely creates a sense of unease when you're not sure what the new direction is or how it impacts your day-to-day. Hoping we get some more clarity soon. It's tough when things feel so up in the air without a solid explanation.
