Anyone seen recent hiring freeze/slowdown at Mondelez?

Hi everyone, I'm exploring opportunities and noticed my recruiter contact at Mondelez has gone completely silent over the past month. Applied for a couple of roles a while back and heard nothing back, which is unusual given past experience. Also, LinkedIn seems to show way fewer new openings at MDLZ than usual for this time of year. Is anyone currently interviewing or recently had an offer rescinded/delayed? Or is this just typical seasonality? Wondering if there's an informal hiring freeze or slowdown happening across the company. Any info appreciated, especially from those inside or who've recently interacted with their HR/recruiting.

I've noticed a similar slowdown myself. Applied for a position a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything, which is quite out of character for them. Normally I'd get some sort of update, even if it's just a rejection. The lack of new postings on LinkedIn is also a bit concerning. It makes you wonder if they're re-evaluating their needs or if there's a broader internal shift happening. Hopefully, it's just a temporary lull and things pick up soon.

It's definitely strange. My contact there has been completely unresponsive, and usually, they're quite good with communication. I've seen fewer roles advertised recently too, which makes me think there might be some hiring limitations in place. It's hard to say without official confirmation, but the silence and the reduced number of postings are definitely pointing towards a slowdown. Let's hope it's not a widespread freeze.
