Has anyone heard anything concrete about potential layoffs at Mondelez? I'm seeing a lot of chatter online, but nothing official. It's hard to tell what's just general market anxiety and what might be specific to our company. Been at Mondelez for a while and usually things are pretty stable, but the last quarter felt a bit shaky. Performance reviews seemed a bit harsher than usual, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for certain roles. Anyone have any intel from their network or internal sources? Been hearing similar whispers myself. It's unsettling, especially when the company narrative usually emphasizes stability. The hiring freeze on a few departments definitely raised an eyebrow, and the performance review tone shift is hard to ignore. Hoping it's just a strategic recalibration, but the lack of clear communication is making everyone anxious. Fingers crossed it doesn't amount to much.

Yeah, the rumor mill is definitely churning. I've heard from a couple of contacts in different divisions that there might be some restructuring happening, which could unfortunately lead to some role eliminations. It's tough because, like you said, Mondelez has always felt pretty secure. Let's hope for the best, but it's probably wise to keep an ear to the ground.
