MDLZ - How's the workload and morale looking in your departments?

Just curious to see how things are across the board at Mondelez. In my department, the workload has been steadily increasing, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. There's been a lot of talk about efficiency gains and streamlining processes, but it's translating into longer hours and increased pressure for many of us. Morale seems to be dipping a bit as a result, with people questioning the sustainability of this pace. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there departments that are thriving, or is this a general trend? Trying to gauge if this is specific to my team or a broader company-wide sentiment. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I can definitely relate to the 'more with less' feeling. My team's been stretched pretty thin lately, and the constant push for efficiency is starting to feel a bit relentless. We're all working hard, but it's tough to see the benefits when the pressure just keeps mounting. Honestly, it's making it hard to stay motivated sometimes. Hoping things ease up soon or we get some more resources to manage the load.

Interesting to hear that. In my area, it's a mixed bag, to be honest. Some teams seem to be handling the increased workload okay, perhaps due to better process implementation or different project scopes. However, others are definitely feeling the strain, and morale is a concern. There's a general sense that while the company wants to grow, the support structures and staffing aren't always keeping pace. Communication about the 'why' behind these changes could probably help.
