MDLZ - Is it just me or is the vibe off lately?

Hey everyone, been at Mondelez for a few years now, and lately things just feel...weird. Not hearing any concrete layoff rumors, but there's this underlying tension I can't shake. Projects are getting shuffled, teams are being restructured in ways that don't seem to have a clear strategic goal. Performance reviews felt a little more intense this past cycle, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' without much detail. It's making it hard to focus and feel secure. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just general economic jitters affecting the whole industry, or is something specific brewing at MDLZ?
