Hi all, I'm seeing a lot of general economic uncertainty impacting the consumer goods sector. I've been keeping an eye on Mondelez, and while there's no official layoff announcement, I'm wondering if anyone internally has heard anything about a hiring freeze or significant slowdown in recruitment. Sometimes this is a precursor to bigger changes. Is anyone aware of requisitions being pulled, offers rescinded, or a general cooling off in the hiring process across different departments? I haven't heard anything concrete about a hiring freeze specifically at Mondelez, but I've noticed a general trend in consumer goods where companies are getting more cautious. It makes sense to be observant, especially with the economic climate. Usually, if there's a significant hiring slowdown, word gets around internally fairly quickly, at least in pockets.
