Mondelez - Any whispers about restructuring or org changes?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Seeing a lot of chatter across other CPG companies about potential 'efficiencies' and 'realignments' lately. Was wondering if anyone at MDLZ has heard anything concrete or even just vague rumors about upcoming organizational changes? Feels a bit quiet on our end, but the general industry mood is making me a bit antsy. Not looking for gossip, just trying to gauge the temperature. Anyone in different departments notice anything unusual? Any hiring slowdowns or project postponements that seem more than just seasonal? Curious to hear if others are feeling the same uncertainty or if things are status quo. Trying to prepare myself mentally just in case.

Haven't heard anything specific about Mondelez, but the general sentiment across the industry is definitely one of caution. Many companies are indeed looking at ways to streamline operations. It's wise to stay aware of these trends, even if there are no direct announcements yet. Keep an eye on any internal communications or broader market news that might offer more insight. Sometimes these things develop gradually rather than with a sudden announcement.

It's understandable to feel uneasy with all the talk of restructuring elsewhere. While I haven't personally encountered any concrete information regarding changes at Mondelez, it's possible that discussions are happening behind closed doors or that the company is evaluating its structure internally without widespread communication yet. The best approach is to focus on your work and stay observant for any subtle shifts in focus or priorities.
