Mondelez - anyone else feeling the jitters?

Hey all, been at MDLZ for a few years now, and the vibe has been... off lately. My department has been unusually quiet on new projects, and there's been a lot of 'streamlining' talk that feels a little too familiar. Anyone else in other divisions seeing similar signs? Heard whispers about headcount reviews, but nothing concrete. Just trying to gauge if it's just me or if there's a broader chill in the air. Feels like a lot of companies in consumer goods are tightening belts. Anyone have any insights or direct intel? Trying not to spiral, but it's hard when the silence is so loud.

Yeah, I've been picking up on similar vibes. There's definitely a sense of caution permeating things, and the 'efficiency drive' narrative is everywhere. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more heavily before launch, and there's a palpable feeling that resources are being managed very tightly. It’s not panic stations yet, but the usual proactive buzz feels subdued. Hoping it’s just a seasonal thing or a response to broader market trends, but it's hard to shake the feeling that things are being re-evaluated more seriously than before.
