Morale hit hard at Mondelez? Feeling the pressure

Been with MDLZ for a while and honestly, the mood feels different these days. There's a lot of talk about efficiency drives and cost-saving measures, and while I get that's business, it's definitely impacting how people feel. My team's workload has been increasing, and there's a sense of urgency that wasn't there before. People are a bit more on edge, and the usual camaraderie seems a little strained. Anyone else feeling this dip in morale? It's hard to pinpoint exactly why, but the general vibe is definitely one of increased pressure and perhaps some underlying anxiety about what's next. Wondering if leadership is aware or if this is just the new normal.
