MongoDB: Any chatter about team consolidations or role eliminations?

Curious to hear from others within MongoDB. While the company seems to be doing okay from the outside looking in, I'm noticing some internal restructuring discussions that are making me a little uneasy. Specifically, hearing some murmurs about potential team consolidations in certain departments and even a few roles being 'evaluated' for elimination. Nothing concrete, of course, but the frequency of these conversations is starting to raise eyebrows. Has anyone experienced or heard about specific teams or functions being significantly impacted or undergoing major changes recently? Trying to get a clearer picture of what might be brewing behind the scenes.

I've seen some chatter about this on other platforms too. It's always a bit unsettling when there's talk of reorganization, regardless of how a company appears externally. Hopefully, it's just standard operational adjustments and not a sign of deeper issues. It would be helpful to get some clarity from official channels to ease employee concerns.

While internal restructuring can sometimes lead to efficiency gains, it's natural for employees to worry about job security and team dynamics. Keeping an eye on official communications and trusting your direct management for accurate updates is probably the best approach right now.
