MongoDB: Recent Hires vs. Departures - Anyone Tracking?

Curious to see if anyone has been keeping an eye on the hiring trends at MongoDB. I feel like I've seen a few more recruiters reaching out lately for roles that weren't previously advertised as open, but at the same time, I've heard whispers about some folks in older teams potentially looking to move on. It's hard to get a clear picture from the outside. Are we seeing net growth, a leveling off, or something else? Has anyone been through recent interview processes and can share their experience regarding the pace and number of openings? Just trying to get a sense of the overall headcount movement within the company. Any insights would be appreciated, whether it's from hiring managers, candidates, or just general observation.

I've noticed increased recruiter activity too, especially for specialized roles. My impression is they're definitely expanding in certain areas, perhaps cloud services or specific enterprise solutions. It's hard to say about departures without inside info, but it's common for tech companies to have some churn, especially as new strategic directions emerge. The market for skilled MongoDB talent remains competitive, so increased hiring doesn't automatically mean massive overall growth; it could be a shift in focus.

From a few conversations I've had, it seems like there's a definite push towards growth, particularly in engineering and product management. Some of the newer initiatives likely require fresh perspectives and talent. While there's always some level of attrition in any growing company, the volume of open roles and proactive recruiting suggests a positive trajectory overall. The interview process for some roles has been quite rigorous, indicating they're looking for top-tier candidates.
