Anyone else feeling the vibe shift at Moody's?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Been with Moody's for a few years now, and lately, I've been getting a weird feeling. It's subtle, not like a big layoff announcement or anything concrete, but it's there. People seem a bit more… on edge? Like, project discussions are a little more guarded, and there's less of the usual camaraderie. I've also noticed a few senior folks looking a bit stressed, and there's been an uptick in people polishing their LinkedIn profiles, though that could just be normal churn. Has anyone else picked up on this? Am I just being paranoid, or is there something brewing under the surface? Just trying to gauge the temperature here before things potentially get hairy. Curious to hear if others are feeling a similar shift.

I've definitely picked up on something similar. It's like the air is a little thicker, you know? Less spontaneous collaboration, more closed doors. I'm chalking some of it up to the general economic uncertainty, but your point about senior folks and LinkedIn is spot on. Makes you wonder if there's something brewing behind the scenes that we're not privy to. Just trying to stay focused on my own work and keep my head down, but the unease is definitely palpable.

Interesting observation. I'm newer to Moody's, so I don't have the long-term perspective, but even in my short time here, I've noticed a certain guardedness creep in. It's not overtly negative, but the 'us against the world' energy seems to have dimmed a bit. Maybe it's just the natural ebb and flow of corporate life, or perhaps external pressures are starting to filter down. Either way, it's good to know I'm not the only one sensing a shift.
