Moody's outlook - anyone else concerned?

Just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling the pressure at Moody's. The market's been choppy, and while we're a pretty stable company, I can't help but wonder if we're completely immune. I've noticed some hiring freezes in certain departments, and the general tone in some all-hands meetings feels a little more cautious than usual. It's not like I'm expecting massive layoffs tomorrow, but the overall economic climate and some of the industry chatter makes me think it's prudent to be aware. Anyone have insights into how different divisions are performing or any internal signals that might indicate future workforce adjustments?
