Morale seems low lately at Moody's, anyone else notice?

Hey all. Been at Moody's for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has just felt... off. People seem more stressed, quieter in meetings, and there's a general undercurrent of anxiety I can't quite shake. Is it just me, or has anyone else picked up on this? There haven't been any official announcements, no big news drops that I've seen, but the chatter around the virtual water cooler feels different. People are hesitant to talk about future projects, and there's a lot of speculation about what's next. I've seen a few roles that were open for ages suddenly get pulled. Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just overthinking things. Anyone else experiencing this or have insights?

I've definitely felt that shift too. It's subtle but noticeable. Less collaboration, more heads down. Seems like everyone's just trying to get through the day without drawing too much attention. Wonder if it's related to the broader economic climate impacting the industry, or if there are internal factors at play we aren't privy to yet. Hoping things improve soon.

Yeah, the atmosphere has been pretty heavy around here lately. It’s not just one department, feels pretty widespread. There's a constant hum of 'what ifs' and a definite increase in people just wanting to keep their heads down. Makes it hard to feel engaged when the general mood is so subdued. Definitely feels like something's brewing beneath the surface.
