Hearing whispers about restructuring in some divisions - anyone else?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on similar chatter. Been hearing some rumblings about potential 'realignments' or 'restructuring' in a few different departments lately. No official announcements or anything concrete, but there's definitely a buzz. My manager's been a bit cagey when I've asked directly, which is not exactly reassuring. Feels like management is trying to keep a lid on things, but you know how information travels around here. Has anyone else heard anything similar? Is it just my team, or is this a wider thing across MS? Trying to get a read on the situation without panicking too much. Feels like the market is still a bit shaky, so maybe it's just that, but the lack of transparency is what's getting to me.

Yeah, I've been hearing similar things. It's hard to get a straight answer, but the increased 'efficiency' meetings and talk of 'streamlining' operations definitely feel like code for something bigger. It's making people anxious, to say the least. Hopefully, any changes will be communicated clearly and fairly.

Same here. The grapevine is buzzing, and the lack of direct communication from leadership is making everyone jump to conclusions. It's a bit unsettling when you hear about 'strategic adjustments' without knowing what that actually means for your role or the team. Fingers crossed it's just business as usual, but it feels like more.
